The community of Haviland would like to invite you to help celebrate Luke Ballard Day on March 30th. Luke recently won the title of World Bull Fighter. There will be free hamburgers and hotdogs for the first 500 people. Join us on Main Street from 5:30 - 8:30 for an evening of fun.
