Be a part of the Kansas Nebraska Convention Southern Baptist Disaster Relief team (KNCSBDR).

Helping communities that have suffered loss through a natural disaster.

All volunteers must adhere to Southern Baptist code of conduct and must complete a background check through https://www.choicescreening.com When you provide your email, an email will be sent to you requiring your explicit permission, and appropriate proof of identity that will not be retained by KNCSB. Volunteers can attend one of the four classes offered, will receive: badge, hat, shirt, and meal. The cost is $40.

Training will start SATURDAY
7:30 – 8:00 AM Registration (Coffee & Donuts)
8:00 – 8:15 AM Welcome
8:15 – 10:00 AM Intro to Disaster Relief Training
10:00 – 12:00 Specific Breakout Training Groups
• Chainsaw
• Shower and laundry
• Flood and Fire recovery
• Mass Feeding
12:00 – 1:00 PM Lunch
1:00 – 3:00 PM Continue Breakout Training

5:00 PM Mass Feeding.
We want to encourage the public to join us, we will demonstrate how the mobile kitchen operates, and show the work that Disaster Relief is able to perform in the event of a disaster. Plan to come and get your free meal.
