KJIL Needs Your Support
Can you be a part of the 1057 we are looking for?
We are in need of new donors to join in support of this broadcast ministry. We are asking for 1057 new donors (or people that have not sent a donation recently) to send $30 by September 30. We have been falling behind financially by about $10,000 a month in 2008. Do you think it's a good idea to have a ministry like this in the area? We share music in central and north-central Kansas that is most popular among Christians across the nation. Over the past seven years we have also brought major artists for concerts in the area including: Casting Crowns, Mercy Me, Tobymac, Michael W. Smith, Steven Curtis Chapman, Audio A, The Newsboys, Avalon and Mark Shultz. We are asking you to embrace this non-profit ministry, established to communicate the good news of Jesus Christ to non-believers and to strengthen the body of believers. We have an urgent need of 1057 people to respond with a gift of at least $30 who will then continue with regular monthly support. Please consider being one of the few who will stand tall for the many and make this broadcast ministry available to tens of thousands across the area. Thank you. You can donate online by clicking here or call us toll free at 877-813-5366. You can also mail your donations to KJIL, P.O. Box 14, Abilene, KS 67410 or set up a monthly donation using our EFT(Electronic Funds Transfer) form when you click here.
The greatest current need for those in Chapman remains finances to purchase water, food, etc. You can contact the Salvation Army at 1-800-SAL-ARMY or donate online at armykettle.org. You can also drop off donations at the Salina Red Cross office, 145 North Broadway or call 785-827-3644. To help with cleanup in Chapman call the City Office at 785-819-2788 - Senior Center - Volunteer Center. Please call ahead as they are moving debris from fields and the schools. They will be taking names of those who are interested in helping with moving items into the school pods and planning for long term recovery jobs. You can also find out more and donate online to help at K-State when you click here.
